impressive <g>....as to the decorum, etc well yeah, it gets
a bit pretentious doesn't it. and the thing is the majority of
souls in that courtroom have as much experience as you do.

it is not the province of this court to serve as fact finder,
first, last, or in any capacity.

the intellectual aspects of this case,
without going into detail, serve our purpose
and the general spirit of patent law at its best,
as far as i am concerned...

and by the way, at least one will always
appear hostile. it is a mandate, i suspect.
