from computers. Certainly the business model ought to be transferrable to other
products. What products will work with this kind of model?

Exactly the same thing that's been going through my mind. I agree that DELL is not a technology company and also agree that their model should be transferable. I'm still struggling to see where the next play would be...stereo/home cinema equipment???
