My impression, Randy, is that the facts are indeed on AXC's side..the only sympathy for Mitsubishi might be their genuine " but that patent is so old...we didn't know" defense. Like a contemporary composer copping a Mozart melody unconsciously. Jubimer, if I had known you I would have sought you out. Glad you were present and look forward to hearing your notes. I hope you are right. It is true that no one .... not even the Mitsubishi lawyer .....directly contradicted what AXC was saying. Hopes, but not expectations here.
