Brad: This is deja vu. Back when Art Holt was on Prodigy, we used to speculate where all of the shares of this company would come from. Never did nail it down, but the action is the same. A block of 100k shares at 1:40 sold. However, lots of buying also, which apparently prompted the MM to raise the ask from .438 all of the way to .50 while leaving the bid at .375. Between 11:00 and just prior to the big block, we have all buys at .406. These total almost 200k. So, what I believe we have here is one MM getting shares from another to cover his position. After the 100k sell, we see 4 trades of 10k each at the ask. I called the company and they said that the signed agreement must be obtained from the court before any news item can be released. This leads me to believe that we will see some kind of favorable release within the near future and that this stock is under heavy accumulation now. The literal bottom line is: Average down again!
