Not worth shorting now and I'm not trying to heap any salt on your wounds either. Lots of folks here have been talking about REITs and the like as safe havens. I just disagree -- you can't look at book value when times get tough as a floor as that can and will change. That's all I'm saying. I apologize if I offended you.
