You are correct, this is not the time to buy. As the market was closing, Brazil was off 15% with the exchange halted. Devaluations are occurring throut South America, and a defacto devaluation has been going on in Canada for quite awhile. If the devaluations were not enough, earnings are about to come in below expectations. The market will see 6500 in the not to distant future and let us hope that is the bottom. The Dow at 6500 is equal to nextel at 15.
I urge all to be very careful for the next several months.
