Reverse splitting the shares 10 to 1 without doing the same to the authorized number is tantamount to increasing the authorized number by a factor 10. Basically, SYQT has ratified the 90% haircut its shareholders have experienced over the last year. In homeopathy, they call that a 1X dilution (10 to the power of 1). Anyone want to speculate on how long before it's a 2X dilution?
