<< You avoided the question - what makes the leadership strong or effective? >>

Well, I have to agree with you on this point. I did avoid the question. I didn't want to get into this discussion, because it might comsume too much time.

But, briefly, strong and effective leadership is measured by how well the nation and it's people thrive, or how well a corporation and it's workers thrive, under that leadership.

A nation is merely a nation of people. Hence, leadership that provides conditions worse for their people than other countries are considered less strong and less effective for the people of that nation.

You can use a lot measurements to compare the success of leadership among nations. And, the more successful nations are the ones that have the strongest and most effective leaders. It works the same way with corporations.

Look at Japan. Weak leadership allowed the Japanese Mob to get control over almost every branch of government, IMHO. The mob is into almost every business in the country. Strong leadership could've avoided that. The same thing happened to Germany during Hitler's time.

Clinton "had" been a strong and effective leader. Unfortunately, President Clinton's enemies will resort to destroying our country in order to serve their self serving goals. And, of course, President Clinton opened the door wide open, and both his enemies and Monica walked right in.

Regards, Bob
