Excellent detail Jubimer . Thanks, Posted your posts on Yahoo. Hope you do not mind. Count Bugula had asked for any details .... Randy, to the best of my recollection, the Mitsubishi lawyer said the panel did not have to agree with McKelvie's construction to find in their favor ( though Mitsubishi did in fact disagree with the construction ) . His argument along those lines seemed muddled to me... but.....
