Evan, I have not met a person in the last few weeks that can make heads or tails about anything that is going on in regards to the smallcaps. I just suggest to my friends--a continued "due diligence" to the best of their abilities. Things have a way of changing in a heartbeat and for those of us that continue to stay on top of things usually will reap those rewards. Hope this helps. Brad
