So, in your opinion, is it a new bull market?

Or, just a retracement between the down trendlines --- like has happened a few times before --- each time catching me on the wrong foot!

In other words, if POG gets to $300-310, or XAU to 90, is it a buy or a sell? (I accept, at $310, the resistance line on the POG is significantly cut but XAU is still within its channel.)
