Guys. this is old news!!!! same info is in the amended sb2 filed a little while ago. I told the thread at that time that more convertibles were issued and nobody cared. Makes me wonder why certain people care now??? whatever Also not to harp on the point, but this was an amended QSB thereby making it effective now. i know, its more fun to focus on the SCAM wording but these are a few facts the whiz kid left out...
