This is NOT an SB2. The stock is NOT tradable until the SB2 is deemed effective. Look at the conversion prices, and that is the price they will have TRADABLE stock only when the SB2 is effective, not before. There will be a whole bunch of stock that has a "purchase price" of around 50 cents, so you will know who is selling if it goes up. I think if someone called the company and asked them 1)if the SB2 has been filed, 2) when it was filed 3) what is the status of it..... Then you will get an idea. The stock is being shorted, etc, but the convertable stock is NOT being sold because it can't !!!!!!
