qualcomm.com You can read about it there, also the Phoenix roll out. While the USA is capturing attention with rapid roll-out of CDMA all over the place, look what is happening in Russia, which is part of Europe, which is GSM HQ. Looks like there might be an invasion of Europe starting from Russia, but technology based. Ericsson better watch out. I imagine that Russia would be keen to build CDMA infrastructure. Negotiations of the definitive, multi-year contract are underway and will cover the supply of QUALCOMM's CDMA digital mobile and wireless local loop infrastructure equipment, network planning and installation services.
