Venkie: Thanks for the update. <<All the Dell employees except vps & execs.. Got given 200 shrs of stock yesterday..Thats what 2 friends told me.>> Now there is a progressive company!! DELL is thinking about its employees and making sure they are MOTIVATED and LOYAL. When I worked for Merck we received a grant of stock during our centennial year and we also could earn stock options for high performance. Of course, DELL stock is a little more valuable than MRK stock <GGG>. IMHO, Michael Dell clearly cares deeply about his employees. I would bet that his firm offers some of the best benefits in the industry. There are times that I even wished I worked for DELL. If I started a company I would make sure that all employees had a piece of the action and acted "like owners." Any further updates on DELL would be appreciated VENKIE. Thanks, Scott
