I like it...but even my Mercedes has a part going every now and then. Once I replaced the switch for the sunroof and another time something for the alarm.<g>

Dell only uses Micron memory. They are the #1 PC maker right now. That should say something.

It sounds like the chances of you getting a bad memory module from MU is about as small as Mike Burke winning the lottery the day before the end.<G>

PS: Don't believe everything a repair person claims. The chips may NOT necessarily have been the problem.. If you had the problem from the beginning it could have been something as simple as dirty contacts to something less obvious like bad solder connections.
