Jim, I am very happy with Fidelity internet trading but was taken back the other day when I tried to use it to short and found I had to go through the process of broker. First I waited 5 minutes to get one on line, then the manual check on available shares, and by the time they gave me a green light the stock had dropped $1 in price. I should have used a limit price and saved a little but it was irritating. If we break 7400 and get in a serious bear market I may have to explore Datek.
Can you do short trading on the internet without human intervention? As you know I can cover with Fidelity on internet, just can't sell short.

Bruce
