Lars: Hey we need some help interpreting Bob's market call. Are we going to new highs in all the major averages by the end of the winter season (March 21, 1999), by January 1, 1999 or just sometime in 1999? What does "by next year" mean to you? Do we have anything in our R & D that would help us interpret Bob's market call of late?
