RE:OEM Zips

Of course through all of the Rah Rah I hope you remember that Iomega is losing $$$ on each and every OEM Zip sold. Bigger OEM Zip sales mean bigger losses on the balance sheet. Not only that, but Iomega has had to lower their prices across the board recently. Iomega cannot sustain a low margin market war like this for long. Just look at Syquest.

Rapidly dwindling resources, Extended credit, Old technology, and severe Competition about to unload on the market from Sony/Teac/Fuji and Castlewood/Aiwa/Sanyo/Trans Capital all constitute just the beginning of Iomega's problems. Tha hangers-on continue to amaze me in their absolute Denial of reality.
