Tweaker - I believe what you say about the software, it's just that I'm pretty skeptical about how useful this type of system really is, and I base that on experience working on O/S problems for many years, albeit at the bit level on a mainframe O/S. Other vendors have these dial up systems (like IBM PC's), except it takes a person on the other end to dial in and then look at your configuration. I can't see an automated system doing very much, at least not today.
