At least one thing Ciena has over Shiva is a
buyout offer from a respected company like Tellabs.
I guess the other thing is that if Shiva bottomed
at 4, that means we only have another 12 points
on the downside to go. If Tellabs cancels the merger,
we might make it. :-/

(You didn't own Shiva did you BMFM?)
