GreenSpam, Give Me My Trust IPO Money Sec. of the Treasury Rubin, and his surrogates over at Goldman Sucks. You know the place he used to hang out at? Actually, I think this one is in operation. The gist of the purpose of existing is buy futures at key points to make the landing slow. You have heard how one can boil a frog in a pan of water by increasing the heat very slowly?
