No, as far as I can tell the software side of CRNR's business is only a small part of the overall bottom line, and the Oracle deal is just a small part of that.

I think these are just the normal ebbs and flows of tech stocks. I agree that CRNR is a bargain in the sixes, but am going to wait a bit more to get a better sign of what the future holds.
