If that's true why hasn't MIcrosoft been forced to remove Notepad, Wordpad, Disk Defrag and other programs from Windows.

Answer: Becaue no one competitor prior to NSCP has had the balls to say "enough is enough" regarding MSFT's practices and challenge them in court regarding their preditory monopolist actions.

Thats Why! And when the DOJ wins their case against MSFT, wiat and see how many other companies will challenge MSFT on all these other so-called integrated components. Also, MSFT's ability to insert new add-on applications into the OS will be done very delicately.
