I2,re< I am under the impression that there will be no more testimony by anyone in this case unless Clinton is
impeached. If impeachment proceeds, the House of Representatives will be the "prosecutor," the
Supreme Justice will be the "judge," and the Senate will be the "jury." Am I missing something?>

I also had thought about that for a moment but remember these are impeachment "hearings" and they will likely call many witnesses before deciding to impeach and send to the Senate. Recall Nixon never got to the Senate but we had those lengthy hearings with memorable testimony from Butterfield revealing existence of the taping system and of course John Dean. So unless Clinton resigns or the Congress decides to end proceedings both very unlikely in the near term we are in for a long soap opera.
