From the "For What It's Worth" file. Sam Stovall. this afternoon. on the Taking Stock segment on CNBC, gave Nortel a 5-Star rating (highest). This was in response to his opinion on Lucent. which he gave only 4-Stars! I found that at least encouraging after a 6 point plunge in Nortel in the last 2 days only! Maybe the news on Intel and Oracle will help tomorrow in the Tech. sector! Thanks for the info. on Bay's new efforts!
