That very hard to believe. There must have been some competitors in the past that sued MIcrosoft. In fact they were sued by Stacker when Microsoft put DoubleSpace (?) in DOS. So again you are on shakey ground with this argument.

There is not a whole lot a person can sink their teeth into with your line of reasoning.
