How good a quarter will it be?

I've been holding off on any specific predictions because I want to see if the INS repeats its action last year of buying from IDX right before the end of the government fiscal year on October 1. Any action on that front would change an excellent quarter into a spectacular quarter . . . but I don't know whether it will happen or not.

Meantime, on top of ordinary TP-600 growth of about 30% or more, I would include the Detroit slipped deal (H&Q estimates two cents profit); a lot of Cook County (multimillions in revenues); possible international bank deals in Egypt (followup on first announcement) and Malaysia (if we are lucky). Probably we don't see any of the recent big NEC announcement in this quarter, though, and Sylvan is still losing a little money at this stage. Buck has referred to some of the other activity.

I don't put $30 million revenues as out of range, depending on what is going on in Cook County, and not counting the INS wild card. I also expect a good deal to drop to the bottom line. For the upcoming year, I feel we will see revenues of $130 million and, barring exceptional expenses, EPS of about $.40. That's double what the analysts are predicting. (Please use my estimates for amusement purposes only . . . not for your own serious investments.)
