(Not a trick question, and I won't harraunge you to answer the question after you have answered it, as you did me. I've made my point on that, and am done.)

This simply indicates that the database record for SESAME-AD-DOM at Internic was changed. All it means is that one of the things you are looking at in this listing has changed. You'd have to look at the previous one to know what was changed - a contact name, a phone number, a DNS server, etc. etc.

All rather boring information that doesn't tell you much about anything of any significance.

What was it that YOU saw of significance in this? Did you understand what you were looking at?
