If this is Prechter's Big Kahuna, that chart has major implications.

Notice the H&S pattern with a base @106, and now we are in the fifth wave up from that. Pring sezs that failed H&S patterns are usually fulfilled at a later date (just look at the cci chart and the october pattern)

what this means is if you can't trust the PResident, you might not trust his paper either.
