Could it be they wanted an equity participation in the NG field through stock ownership in Anvil because they recognized the VALUE? Al Berta, in my opinion you need to get a real argument. BTW, how is WT performing? Were you right about it never cracking below $1.65? No shame if you were wrong in this market. Were you correct about the efficacy of WT as a meritorious oil play? The falling stock price probably doesn't change that either. Isn't Anvil entitled to the same consideration as well?! Of course if you are dead set on trashing Anvil because you are short then your courage of conviction deserves my respect. Also, you are probably making some money right now and more power to you. Enjoy it while it lasts and don't stay short too long in my opinion. Any incorrect statements of opinion or intentional fallacious trashing of Anvil, as well as my supportive arguments, on these threads don't amount to the proverbial hill of beans in the long run so have fun and good luck.
