Regarding the nutrition company aquisition: The market in creatine, andro, and other sports enhancment supplements is exploding! Word is just now getting out to the general population and people are responding in dramatic fashion. Creatine and andro are all the buzz at gyms throughout the nation.
Unlike the supplements of the 1980's, these supplements (creatine is more clearly documented) work and work very well. Millions who were disappointed with wasting money on Smilax, Borax, liquid protein, etc. are now excited, willing, and eager to finally be able to buy products that work and noticeably help them achieve their goals.
The market is not just the Mark McGuire's and other professional athletes. It is every person who wants to improve performance and/or physical appearance. The magazine coverage is growing quickly and while there is some controversy that we hear about, the truth is that are no adverse side effects of creatine for short term use, according to several studies. Creatine is a supplement, not a drug. It is found in foods. like vitamins and protein.
Creatine in particular wasn't even on the shelves anywhere just 3 years ago. It is all over the place now, but the market is still growing very fast. Andro is now where creatine was 3 years ago--it is very, very new and I hear quite effective. I predict that in addition to athletes, many older men will experiment with it for its sexual possibilities (it is said to enhance testosterone production).
As I feared, I sold half too soon when I was impatient. GNNX still appears to be getting into everything under the sun practically, but this nutrition move is very timely, and it is definitely a super high growth area. If they sell these over the Web, the payback could be enormous.
