I am using it as an example, not referring to the quality of the companies but the industrial position. Some major realignment of key players will follow and this is not a easier deal to get approved of (than Intel/COMS).

Thought about it, neither of the acquirees are possible. But if I am Intel and have 10+B to bid, I would bid ASND.
