Agreed. ASND, despite its smaller size, has end-to-end solutions whereas COMS does not. What COMS does have are several large pieces of commodity business (mostly on the periphery) without a balanced product mix.

As a shareholder of CSCO (one of my major positions), I shudder at the thought of its acquiring AMD....
