Ausdauer, exercising "indirect" options is a new one on me. Indirect holdings are usually shares of family members, within a trust under one's control, or via a corporation in which you have a substantial interest. One possibility is that Daniel Auclair "gave" his options to a trust for tax purposes. What makes you ask? Craig
