Hello! Milk, I'm not sure if I'm understanding the information/data correctly but in my opinion it seems that AMDI made a filing on September 8th. via a 10QSB and I thought I saw a cash position of $156,470. at the end of July with Common Shares totalling 4,831,906? JMO! Only a guess but maybe the Companies Management has become complacent justifying the lack of merger/acquisition activity on the scenario that a virtual appearing debt free company is unique in this day and age--and time has just crept up on them? As I indicated just a guess on my part! Is any one aware of any contact names or a phone or e-mail number for the company? Has anyone spoken to a company representative?
