Len,

Simply, we came on here looked at all the threads and found out alot of people are disappointed at where Adobe's headed but one should always look for other opportunities, because if you get too hung up on one stock that's how you get burned. Nobody wants to ride a stock up and then all the way down without profiting somewhere along the way. We were fortunate enough to make profits off of Adobe and find something that we THINK shows considerable upside potential over the next several months. We stated right in our post a disclaimer on purpose to inform readers that we are already invested in THW and we plan to stay invested. If we seem bullish on the company it is because we're impressed with the management, their strategic direction, and what others have to say about their products and DD that has been done on THW.

Our suggestion would be to contact the company and find out yourself first hand. They are extremely ethical and upfront and always take the time to answer questions for those investors taking the time to do proper DD. When we contacted the company today to ask about the Adobe situation they had nothing but high praise for Adobe, but they did say if Adobe does leave the consumer tool market that it will be extremely positive for Totally Hip Software and their opportunities to gain considerable market share in this segment.

There will be a time for us to re-invest in Adobe but right now we are looking at more speculative higher return prospects like Totally Hip. This may not be the case for other investors, however we do not see the harm in letting people know about Totally Hip and their products.

If you like, contact either Brian Leeners or Randall McCallum at (604) 685 - 6525. We're sure they will be happy to answer anyone's questions and they may be able to provide further insight as to what is going on with Adobe since they have considerable knowledge in this market segment.

Sincerely,

James Carter & Associates
