What is your experience with share exchange programs? It looks like this would benefit the company by reducing the OS and the float
...and it would lock in long term capitol.

The exchange could be done for a series of preferred/warrants with staggered maturation dates to regulate the flow of stock back into the market.

Just a thought, but far better than a rev. split.
