ghunk, here is how I figure Bearcatbob's plan will work.
When Bob sees the train leave the station, he will jump
on that powerful Mongolia horse and ride up along side
the car that Phil is in and tape on the window and ask
Phil to open the window so he can get on board.
Now Bob knows that there is a chance that the train may
speed up quicker than he will want it to, so Bob have a
contingency plan ready for this event. Using only one
hand to ride the horse, Bob will take out his cell phone
and dial the dairy farmer that lives a short ways up the
track, and upon a go signal, the farmer will put one of
his cows onto the train tracks so the train has to slow
