Well - it is an agreed merger, so why should you get a minimum price?

Both ISLI and MIFGY have taken a very similar hit in terms of share price decrease since merger announce on 17Jun98.

You state ISLI earnings increasing at a faster pace - depends totally on your time perspective. MIFGY have a far better earnings record and are just over one half of the ISLI p/e based on trailing four quarter earnings.

Suggest that it has the makings of a good deal for all provided, of course, that the management can execute on their plans.
