This is a question to the thread. I've heard tons'o'speculation
about LU purchasing ASND, as well as many other of LU's competitors,
ERICY, etc. Here's the question, if ASND was such an attractive candidate, why haven't they bid on ASND already. Since LU is under restrictions till Oct. , why are ERICY et. al. sitting on their hands? Is it sportsmanship or what? I would think, if I were the CEO of a company competing with LU, and it was obvious that ASND would help LU, that they could help my company, and I would do my darndest to get the jump on LU, before they could have the chance of doing a pooling of interests. I'm not saying that ASND would not be a good fit for LU or ERICY, or others, just questioning why all of LU's competitors are waiting till LU has more cards in their hand.
I'm sure there are lots of possible reasons, any convincing ones?

TIA, Matt
