Jerry, I think we need to hire a mystic to help explain the stock price. (just kidding!) How can NUOA be selling for $ .06 with a $ 180,000,000.00 on the verge of coming in? FXWA must have big bucks tied to it that are not currently visible, for a bank wanting to buy the note and advance the cash. Jeff
