Thread: CPQ closed at $32 according to my Schwab quote service. By now you will all know about sharp falls in Japan and Europe. My feeling is that it is not panic: everyone is groping for the bottom (can't say anything these days without a double entendre), in preparation for a sustained rally. Russia will be solved today, at least for a few months. That leaves Japan and Brazil. Japan will come good. Brazil is not so "foreign" for the US and should be less scary and more amenable to US intervention. No doubt that some European nervousness has been agitated by media hysteria about Clinton.

If CPQ does not close higher today it should at least show relative strength and be well placed for a general market rally. Next week should see more positive CPQ news emerging from the tech conferences and marketing reports.

Bonne Chance!

Victor
