Well, it seems obvious to me that if money come out of mutual funds (including foreign withdrawals) that this will force redemptions and precipitate the real bear market, which has not yet arrived.

When that starts to happen we will see the circuit breaker limits exceded on the downside. What's going on now is a slow though jerky descent.
