My understanding is that the financing is completed and what is being cleared up now is a mutually agreeable news release. I was read a highly legalistic paragraph form the "term sheet" (now apparently signed) which stated unequivocally that the lenders must approve any release made prior to the initial draw of monies. They are reportedly bring real sticklers as to the wording of any release. When an approved release was not ready by Thursday the CC was cancelled, a decision that had already been made. I belive this information to be reliable, but don't bet the farm on it. If, however, the funding is indeed completed, one would think the stock at these levels is a major buy. I've personally wondered if the delays have anything to with some people wanting to buy cheap stock.
