I am still alive but had to cash out at 1 3/8 to protect my investment. I have the impression that the market makers are working against the merger and maybe they succeed. With the current scenario not everything is lost concerning the merger but the position of MIOA is weak. Read chapter 10 (Termination) of the merger agreement which shows the possibilities for both parties to bail out: www4.edgar-online.com A short term recovery may develop and bring the stock perhaps back to the 1.5 to 2.0 dollar range.
