Scrapps, I haven't researched it, but I don't think there's a contradiction in the Livingston news. I believe that USR licenses a piece of code from Livingston, and has modified it for used in some of their hub configurations. If I'm not mistaken, it has something to do with hubs that use channel banks. Apparently, the licensing period was up, and they were squabbling over the royalty fee paid to Livingston to extend the period. No big deal. I don't think is has any relationship whatsoever to Livingston's announcement of incorporating ROK stuff into some of their RA products. I'll gladly stand corrected. David
