Interesting....your opinions that is. I agree we should be seeing a news release of some kind in the near future, but speculation as to content could get wild. Of the scenarios you stated, the two I don't think we'll see is another railroad buying them out, unless it some minor obscure one wanting to grow. The big guys already owned this railroad once, found it too management intensive and troublesome and got rid of it. I really can;t see them wanting it back....unless it was cheaper to buy than to settle a lawsuit possibly?

As to a major/minor offering to pay off debt, I don't think so. This little railroad is pretty intensely managed and cost controlled and I think they are making money. With the increase in business and revenue I think the bills should be paid and such an offering should not be needed. Actually, with increased traffic and revenues and good management it could be possible for them to institute a stock buy back. It wouldn't have to be anything huge, just minor amounts and expenditures at a time as affordable. Again, as with yourself, just my opinion. Ha! Speculation could get pretty wild here!
