Barton I share everyone's concern, ANMR has 30M shares outstanding and
this year the stock lost value from 2 bucks or so down to todays low of .25/sh on the failed MERGER with MAMO its majority owned subsidiary. The two companies are very much linked together.

I called ANMR 1-800-476-0569 Bev. and just asked, if they are going out of business.. The answer is NO, not that they are aware of.

Auditors are in, earnings and filings due out Jan 1st.
Zacks has 1 analyst following this issue and he is strongly bullish for 97, and has been for a long time.

The company went from RD (money drain) to a system integrator and service provider (money make) and is on a " turn around year " time will tell.

There is been no new news from the company, but it stands to reason that there is a lot of TAX SELLING going on specially in an up year like this.

Much of this money may come back after Jan and there is historical precedent on the chart for that, and probably with the same intentions you harbor. However as a service provider and with MAMO's new installation to own and operate at a major cancer center in Boston, I consider any sign of a turn around to be an accumulation sign not a piss away for peanuts trade.

The minute ANMR signals a turn around it becomes a candidate for aquisition with a book value of .80 cents.. you could get a buck or mre out of it for 300+% todays value.

THE PROBLEM is that the stock is frefalling and no bottom is been established.
Where is the bottom?, well if you assume that the company will not go bankrupt (see the EDGAR's filings) the reason we can't find the freaking bottom on no news, is the street ran past it a while back and didn't see it either. So the lower it goes the more attractive for a value play it becomes.

A reverse split is starting to make sense? Does any one know if we can anticipate a reverse split by some pre-anouncement on EDGARS????? How can we tell such event will take place??? before it does?

If does then you may watch it trade a little to see what relative value is attached to it before taking a position on it.

Good luck

Luis
