Zebraspot: Rockets are all crap shoots. Some may say 'Gee it is only 75% successful." I would counter that there are a bunch of things in life that are more risky and people dont give it a second thought. Had the Zenit placed the sats in orbit, the choice would have been considered prudent and well thought out, an acceptable risk/reward trade off. Only when the X% failure is your failure does the risk look too large in hindsight. Jeff Vayda
